ASR 41st Annual Meeting 2025 AAVSB RACE Credit Form

Please complete this form by Friday, January 16, 2026.

If you haven’t set up a RACEtrack account through AAVSB to record CE, please do so here: https://aavsb.org/ce-services/racetrack

You must have a RACEtrack account in order for the CE credits to attach to your license through CE Broker. If you complete this form without an account, your credits will not attach to your license.

Attendees will receive up to 36.25 CE credit hours for the Annual Meeting.

If you are licensed in multiple states, you do NOT need to complete a separate form for each state or license. Please list only one license.

When you register with CE Broker through AAVSB, all state licenses linked to your AAVSB account will automatically transfer to CE Broker. Your CE credits will then apply to each of your licenses automatically.

Once the form closes on Friday, January 16th, you can expect to see the credits in your RACEtrack account in approximately 2 weeks.

Enter both the alpha (if applicable, must be upper case) and numeric portions of your license number. For example, in TN, the license number would be reported as "3917", but in GA, the license number would be reported as "VET006053"

For example, if you are licensed in Tennessee, enter TN.

**f you are licensed in multiple states, your RACEtrack account should link all of your licenses together. Please only list ONE state, as reporting CE to one license should link to your other ones as well*
