This presentation is designed to share a new soft skill tool with staff called positive intelligence. PQ is a technique to combat the negativity that is caused by stress and anxiety in our lives. The audience will learn about positive intelligence or PQ is and how to identify the self-sabotage that we allow to creep into our minds which prevents us from being successful in life. The audience will learn details about the 10 saboteurs and how they work to overwhelm us during stressful time Finally, the presenter will introduce the Sage and the 5 powers of the Sage including the training of muscles to allow the Sage to combat the saboteurs.
